- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used Baytree Cattery three times now when we've gone on holiday. We have an elderly cat (19!) and he has always been very well looked after here, including being given his thyroid tablets every day. What I particularly appreciate is that Annabel takes the time to chat to me and lets me see Oscar sniff around his new enclosure before leaving him. It sounds like a small thing but it gives me a lot of peace of mind being able to see where he's staying. And of course the most important thing is Oscar's temperament when I collect him after the holiday - he is relieved to be home (thank goodness!) but not traumatized at all. I recently had to use a different cattery because I had left it too late and Baytree were all booked up - unfortunately, both Oscar and I had a completely different experience and not in a good way! I will be making sure I book early next time as I know he'll be much better off at Baytree.by Lynda CowlesNovember 19, 2017
