- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The admin team are ridiculously bad at administration. They deposit your cover documents in a document management system but fail to tell you what action you should take when they tell you that your insurance documents are there. You'll only find out that you need to sign things / provide drivers license code etc. when they come chasing you. This has been vaguely annoying in the past. But this year I've had to deal with a different admin who is truly useless.by David NealeJune 21, 2017
